The GERI HDP group operates on assumption of seriousness, professionalism and legality.

Ethical Code

In 2009, the GERI HDP group approved the ethical code and distributed it to all levels of its organisation. In 2010, the principles protecting the code were consolidated and specified through internal circulars.

Organisational Model 231/2001

During 2011, the administrative body has decided to strengthen its system of Corporate Governance by starting the project of homologation to the organisational model 231/2001. At the same time, the structure and adoption of a ‘proactive’ model of risk management was defined. This model will allow the systematic identification, analysis and assessment of the areas of risk that may compromise the achievement of the strategic objectives and, in the meantime, give the administrative body and top management the necessary tools to take decisions aimed at anticipating and managing the effects of those risks.
