HANDLING DATA AND PROVISIONS

The GERI HDP group diligently conforms to the provisions of Legislative Decree (Legisl. Dec.) 196/2003 on the Handling of Personal Data. Its staff is trained for the purpose and appoints internal managers to protect the provisions of the Authority.

The GERI HDP group conforms fully to the provisions of:

• Legisl. Dec. 231/2007 (Anti money-laundering);
• Legisl. Dec. 81/2008 (Protection of the Health and Safety of Workers);
• Legisl. Dec. 22/1997 (Respect for the Environment).

The GERI HDP group conforms to the provisions of the TULPS (Consolidated Act of Public Safety Laws) and the relative Implementing Regulations, functionally to the licences for the work of credit recovery and Commercial Intelligence.
